Registration Information

$1245—MD, DC, DO, ND, DDS and other physicians.
$1145—PA, NP, RN, RD, PhD and other nurses, pharmacists, executive chefs, allied health professionals, health coaches and practitioners in training. 

Conference Registration Includes

All course materials and sessions, the program booklet, a conference memento, up to 24 CE credits, and nine delicious plant-based meals (Sunday: dinner; Monday: breakfast / lunch / dinner; Tuesday: breakfast / lunch / dinner; and Wednesday: breakfast / lunch).

The Registration Deadline is Friday, September 15, 2017 at 5:30 PM (eastern standard time). 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations received in writing on or before Tuesday, August 22, 2017 will be refunded full registration fee, less a 15% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Substitute participants will be accepted. Please email to or mail to:

Eligible promotions/discounts need to be redeemed during the initial registration process and within the scheduled timeframe of that promotion/discount.  Once the registration process is completed, promotions/discounts will not be honored retroactively.  Also, promotions/discounts can not be combined - one per registration.
