Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I being asked for an Invitation Code?

The Whova mobile app and web portal will only ask for an invitation code if you are using a different email address than the email you used during the registration or what is listed in the event’s attendees list.

It is also possible that you attended a previous event hosted on the Whova platform (like the 2022 and/or 2023 PBNHC) and that you used a different email address for that previous event.

In either of these cases, the problem can be fixed by making sure you are trying to access the event with the correct email address – the email address you used when registering for the 2024 PBNHC. If you have used the Whova app platform for a previous event, you will need to log out of the Whova app and then log back in.

Please contact us at [email protected] with further questions.

How do attendees access the virtual conference platform?

• If you have any problems logging on, please make sure your pop-up-blocker is turned off and you have no website access restrictions.

Do attendees need to watch the “virtual live” sessions at the times listed or may they watch them “on demand” as their schedule permits?

Once an attendee registers, it is their choice when and how to attend the VIRTUAL conference. All attendees have been given the flexibility to participate in the manner that best fits their schedule.

With that said, the best way for attendees to participate is to follow the official virtual live schedule. If they attend the sessions at the scheduled times, they will automatically be enrolled for (if otherwise eligible) ALL offered CE credits.

If attendees are unable to attend any of the virtual live sessions or if they choose to watch ALL of the sessions on demand, that is OK too. However, in order to claim CE credits for those on demand sessions, attendees may need to “pass” a short multiple choice assessment at the end of the final session. After passing the assessment after the final session, attendee’s must submit for CME credits.

Attendee access to these CE accredited sessions – either live or enduring material – will be available until August 31, 2025.

How soon after the scheduled VIRTUAL live session is aired will the on-demand video of that session be available?

The video on-demand of each session will be available within 48 hours (if not sooner – usually less that 24 hours) after the end of the scheduled VIRTUAL live session.

Do attendees get access to the sessions post conference?

Yes. After the VIRTUAL conference, all attendees will receive access to all VIRTUAL conference sessions via the online platform until August 31, 2025.

If an attendee is unable to attend a session when they are live but still want to claim ENDURING MATERIAL CE credit for a missed session, they will have the ability to do so through the VIRTUAL conference platform. All CE guidelines must still be met, and attendees may need to “pass” a short, multiple choice assessment of the sessions. Attendee access to these CE accredited sessions will be available until August 31, 2025.
