Many other disciplines including but not limited to researchers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and social workers request credit memos for re-licensure or recertification. Many societies and credentialing bodies accept the AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ as equivalent CE or CEU as long as the topic is in the applicant’s field or discipline. However, it is advisable that if an individual is unsure whether their attendance can be used towards certification or re-licensure, they should check with their governing body.

FOR THOSE THAT REGISTERED FOR AND ATTENDED THE CONFERENCE AND ARE SEEKING CME'S, below is general information regarding claiming CME’s as well as details regarding approved CME credits.
On or before October 16, 2022, you will receive an email with specific instructions for claiming CME’s. You must follow the instructions in that email to claim credit. However, listed below are a few general points.
For any sessions attended IN-PERSON, watched via LIVE-STREAM or watched ON-DEMAND before October 15, 2022:
- We encourage you to attend as many sessions as possible IN-PERSON (for those attending in person) or watch as many sessions as possible via LIVE-STREAM at the time of streaming. However, You may also watch ON-DEMAND sessions and submit for CME credit.
- All sessions viewed IN-PERSON, via LIVE-STREAM or ON-DEMAND before October 15th will automatically be eligible for LIVE CME’s and WILL NOT require you to pass a multiple-choice assessment (quiz) at the completion of the sessions.
- For any ON-DEMAND session viewed after October 15, 2022, you WILL be required to pass a multiple-choice assessment (quiz) after viewing all the sessions (see below) in order to claim ENDURING MATERIAL CME credits. On-Demand videos watched after October 15th are not eligible for LIVE CME’s.
- After evaluating the content and execution of the conference, you will need to enter the type and number of credits you are claiming. Make sure you claim credits properly. Some notes:
- If you attend sessions IN-PERSON or watch via LIVE-STREAM, you are all set to submit for LIVE CME’s.
- You may submit credits for any on-demand session you watch before October 15, 2022. If you watch ALL sessions on-demand before October 15, 2022, you are all set to submit for LIVE CME’s.
- You may submit credits for any combination of IN-PERSON, LIVE-STREAM and ON-DEMAND sessions so long as you watch the ON-DEMAND sessions before October 15, 2022. If you watch some combination of IN-PERSON, LIVE-STREAM and/or on-demand sessions before October 15, 2022 you are all set to submit for LIVE CME’s.
- If you watch on-demand sessions after October 15, 2022, you may still submit for CME credits. However, you will be required to take and pass (75%) an assessment (quiz) after viewing all of the sessions and these sessions will not be considered LIVE CME’s rather, they will be ENDURING MATERIAL CME’s.
- WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND WATCHING ALL LIVE AND/OR ON-DEMAND SESSIONS BEFORE OCTOBER 15, 2022 AS IT IS BY FAR THE EASIEST WAY TO SUBMIT AND RECEIVE CME CREDITS.
- All sessions viewed IN-PERSON, via LIVE-STREAM or on demand between September 16, 2022 and October 15, 2022 are considered “LIVE”. You may only submit for THESE CREDITS once. Once you claim THESE credits, you will not be able to go back and claim additional credit for sessions watched between September 16 and October 15. After the submission of credits, the only way to claim additional credit would be by following the instructions for “enduring material credit” as outlined below. So please wait until after you have viewed all intended sessions before submitting for “LIVE” credit. Again, since the conference is considered a live event up until October 15, 2022, attendees should only claim credit once they have finished all of the “LIVE” activities.
- Also important to note is that pharmacists only have 60 days from September 19, 2022 to report your credits. So we need pharmacists to claim credit for the courses they attended by October 24, 2022. This gives us a little cushion to upload the data and make sure there are no loose ends that need follow-up.
- All attendees need to complete a short on-line evaluation regarding the content and execution of the conference (different from the session quiz). After this, your certificate will be generated.
For sessions watched ON-DEMAND after OCTOBER 15, 2022:
- If you wish to submit ON-DEMAND sessions for CME credit, you will need to take and pass (75%) a short, multiple-choice assessment at the conclusion of viewing all of the sessions. This assessment will appear at the conclusion of the final session. This is a CME requirement to confirm that content has been viewed and absorbed.
- At the conclusion of viewing an ON-DEMAND session AND passing the assessment, you will be given instructions on how to submit for CME credits for the conference.
- Additionally, you will need to complete a short on-line evaluation regarding the content and execution of the session. After this, your certificate will be generated.
- These credits are considered ENDURING MATERIAL CME and are NOT considered LIVE CME.
Please contact us at or (561) 810-6713 with questions about CME credits.
