FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Whova mobile app and web portal will only ask for an invitation code if you are using a different email address than the email you used during the registration or what is listed in the event’s attendees list.

It is also possible that you attended a previous event hosted on the Whova platform (like the 2022 and/or 2023 PBNHC) and that you used a different email address for that previous event.

In either of these cases, the problem can be fixed by making sure you are trying to access the event with the correct email address – the email address you used when registering for the 2024 PBNHC. If you have used the Whova app platform for a previous event, you will need to log out of the Whova app and then log back in.

Please contact us at info@pbnhc.com with further questions.

We look forward to conducting the 2024 PBNHC in the same fashion we have in the past. We will be monitoring the situation and/or recommendations of local authorities and the scientific community. At this point, we have no plans to implement any COVID related restrictions in order to attend the conference, but we encourage people to take measures that they deem appropriate for them. We look forward to welcoming you to a vibrant and enlightening conference in September 2024.

Although our target audience is the healthcare community and the content of the conference is geared towards medical doctors and other healthcare practitioners, there is NO REQUIREMENT that attendees be employed in the healthcare field.

Past conferences have had a contingent of non-healthcare practitioners and they always seem to enjoy the conference. Please feel free to join us.

At this time, there are no individual day passes for the 2024 IN-PERSON or VIRTUAL PBNHC.

If you are interested in a preconference workshop, you can register for one at https://pbnhc.com/workshops/.

To register for the entire conference, please visit https://pbnhc.com/registration.

There are no plans for breakout sessions during the conference. However, before the official start of the PBNHC conference, we are planning additional workshops before the conference that will be offered on Thursday, September 19th and Friday, September 20th as a separate educational opportunity with a separate registration fee.

If you are interested in a preconference workshop, you can register for one at https://pbnhc.com/workshops/.

During the final session of the conference, the Panel Discussion, there will be ample time for questions.

Within approximately 30 days of the completion of the conference, we will post all available faculty presentations. Keep in mind that due to various copyright issues, some presentations may not be available.

However, all full conference attendees will be given access to the videos of this year’s entire conference until August 31, 2025.

Once an attendee registers, it is their choice when and how to attend the VIRTUAL conference. All attendees have been given the flexibility to participate in the manner that best fits their schedule.

With that said, the best way for attendees to participate is to follow the official virtual live schedule. If they attend the sessions at the scheduled times, they will automatically be enrolled for (if otherwise eligible) ALL offered CE credits.

If attendees are unable to attend any of the virtual live sessions or if they choose to watch ALL of the sessions on demand, that is OK too. If an attendee is unable to attend a session when they are live but still want to claim ENDURING MATERIAL CE credit for a missed session, they will have the ability to do so through the VIRTUAL conference platform. All CE guidelines must still be met, and attendees may need to “pass” a short, multiple choice assessment of the sessions. Attendee access to these CE accredited sessions will be available until August 31, 2025.
